2006 Tulloch Cabernet Sauvignon, Hunter Valley, Eastern Australia

Tasting Notes:

Relatively lighter fruit smell, Light to Medium Bodied Red, a bit of oak nose, start with dark fruit, blackcurrant, plum and fair lasting in mouth. When my flatmate open it last time, I said it is like a shy and skinny little girl. I would like to use the same words. However, I think it would give a bit more taste if it is given longer breathing time. In order to remove the alcoholic smell and taste the real side, I recommend to pour it into a decanter, if you have, and wait for at least half an hour.

Food: Light pasta dishes and sweet / soy sauce based Chinese food would be good with it

Price: A$15
